It's really very easy to free yourself from depression

       Absence of light is darkness. In the same way absence of happiness is depression. Depression doesn't exist independently. It's just a lack of happiness. Without happiness, you feel anxious, sad, tired and nervous, you don't find interest in life. There is only one word to describe this situation - horrible. And all these things disappear as soon as you start feeling happy. People think it's too difficult to get rid of depression. But they forget that if they can get depressed then they can get happy too. These are just two exactly opposite feelings. There is a reason why you feel depressed. When you start paying attention at negative things and keep doing that, it becomes your habit. And as you know, negativity never brings happiness. It only brings pain. So you lose track of happiness and start feeling depressed. You then start paying more attention at how sad you feel. It helps depression grow and this turns into a chain reaction that yields more and more depression. Nervousness is not natural state of your mind. Happiness is the spontaneous state of your mind. You should know that you were not born depressed. Continuous negative thinking or something negative happened with you in the past have invited depression in your life. But now its time to kill it! You have tolerated a lot. A cheerful life is waiting for you. It's time to start a completely new inning of life! It's time to free real you! It's time to open your mind and live an extremely happy life that you have been deprived of! Let's know how.


       This exercise contains a few steps you have to follow twice a day. Go for this exercise just before you are about to fall asleep in the night and immediately after you wake up in the morning. It requires hardly 2-3 minutes to complete this exercise.

1. Lay on the bed as shown in the picture.











2. Close your eyes and relax your whole body by breathing deeply and slowly 10 times.

3. Imagine that you are lying at your most favorite place. (No matter if that place really exists or it is an imaginary one. Hence decide which your most favorite place is or create it in your imaginations right now.)

4. Now, while feeling that you are at your most favorite place, repeat the following sentence in your mind or mutter it slowly about 30 times- 

"My joy of living life is increasing, increasing and increasing day by day." 

5. Once you're finished with the sentence given above, start repeating this sentence - 

"I'm strongly feeling happier, happier and happier day by day." 

     Just like the first sentence, repeat the second one 30 times too. Concentrate on what you are repeating . Don't pay attention at the count. Just repeat these two sentences approximately 30 times. No matter if you repeat them 4-5 times more or less than 30. The exercise ends here.

      Once you are done the exercise, you are free to start your daily routine in the morning or just go to sleep if you are doing this exercise in the night.

       Keep doing this exercise regularly twice a day - just before you go to bed in the night and immediately after you wake up in the morning for 4-5 weeks. I guarantee it won't take more than a week for you to get out of the depression and start feeling happy. This technique will change your life forever. You neither have to consume antidepressants nor spend hours at hospitals nor go through the unpleasant treatments. Just go for this technique and you will find that it's very easy to get rid of depression forever.

How this technique works       
       There are two types of mind - conscious mind and subconscious mind. When you think of something, take decisions and make judgments, it occurs in your conscious mind. This mind is active when you are awake. When you fall asleep, this mind also falls asleep and becomes inactive. But your subconscious mind never sleeps. It remains active when you are asleep too. Subconscious mind only responds to the thoughts going on in the conscious mind. Subconscious mind is very powerful. Your personality, habits, fears, feelings, beliefs, skills and memories reside in the subconscious mind. Subconscious mind has very strong influence on your behavior and nature. When you repeat a thought in your conscious mind for a long time, it roots in your subconscious mind and your subconscious mind makes you feel that way. 
       The nervousness you are feeling is the result of such negative programming of your subconscious mind. You might have held a negative thought or many negative thoughts in your conscious mind and concentrated on them for a long time in the past. Or something scary might have happened with you and shock of that incidence might have put very strong impressions on your subconscious mind. As a result your subconscious accepted those thoughts or impressions very strongly and got programmed to make you feel depressed. Know that the cause of depression is there in your subconscious mind. Hence to fix this problem you have to deal with your subconscious mind and it's a very easy task.
       You can erase the old programming of your subconscious and reprogram it to make you feel happy. For that, you have to repeat exactly opposite - that means happy thoughts in your conscious mind. If you keep repeating these new thoughts, your subconscious will accept them, put them to use and make you feel happy. To erase depressive programming of your subconscious, you have to feed positive and happy suggestions to it. The repetition of these new positive suggestions will make them root in your subconscious and your subconscious will start responding to you according to them. In other words your subconscious will be reprogrammed to make you feel happy. This is what you are doing in this exercise. You are telling your subconscious how you want to feel through the sentences you repeat during the exercise and obviously your subconscious will respond to you according to them. 
       When your body becomes fully relaxed, your conscious mind gets relaxed too and it helps the positive sentences you repeat during the exercise percolate in your subconscious mind and take roots over there. When you are about to fall asleep in the night and wake up in the morning, these are the times when your conscious mind is very calm and the thoughts that can stop the positive sentences you repeat from reaching your subconscious are totally absent. At these times your subconscious is highly active and accepts what you repeat very easily. 
       When you imagine that you are at your most favorite place, it makes you feel comfortable and you don't get distracted from the sentences you repeat. Your body is in the most relaxed state when you lay in the position shown in the picture and consequently the sentences you repeat get very strongly accepted by your subconscious mind. 
       The result is - your subconscious gets reprogrammed to make you feel happy very soon and repeating this exercise for a few weeks creates a very happy state of mind that can never be changed.  

       The only purpose of this article is to help each and every person facing depression become free of it forever. It's really very easy. About 350 million people on this planet are struggling with depression. Unfortunately they don't know that it's very easy to get out of it. I suppose depression is the most dangerous mental disease among all the diseases existing on the earth. Because it attacks on the will of living life of people.
