Breathing exercises to combat depression and other mental disorders

     The correct breathing pattern is the key to maintain the physical and mental health. Usually we are not aware of our breathing but it changes according to the situation of our mind. We go through a lot of emotions in our daily life and our breathing follows it. Correct breathing practice leads to the balance and coordination between our physical and mental health. Entertaining troublesome thoughts causes stress and it disturbs our normal breathing. We don't notice it but it causes harm to our health. It disturbs the flow of healing energy in our body and mind. But once we succeed in correcting this wrong breathing pattern, we can get the good physical and mental health back that we used to have. The breathing exercises  given in this post definitely help get rid of depression or any kind of stress or mental disorder.
     These videos will teach you how to go for these exercises and also explain how they work. Perform these exercises in the given order daily in the morning in the fresh air. Do not perform these exercises in a closed room or in air conditioning.
     Close your eyes and before starting these exercises, imagine that you are sitting on a huge plateau where there is no one except you. You are surrounded by a very bright, shiny fog. It's spread everywhere on that plateau. This fog is nothing but the purest and the most powerful energy of this universe. This energy has formed each and every thing, every atom of this universe. It can do anything. And now this energy has brought you here to give you complete peace and happiness. This energy is entering your mind and every cell of your body. Your body and mind are eagerly absorbing this energy. This energy is caressing your body and mind. As soon as this energy comes in contact with you, your every problem disappears. With your every exhalation, all the faults, abnormalities and the toxic material in your body and mind are given out in the form of black fumes. Your body and mind are getting completely clean, shinier, brighter, healthier and happier.
     Now start these exercises and after a few weeks you will find a tremendous change in yourself.

     While chanting OM, go for the third type told in the video that is short 'a' and long 'm' as it is more effective. You will feel that every cell of your body is vibrating at some frequency. This is the frequency of OM. It's the highest energy in the universe. While chanting OM, imagine that these vibrations are breaking you every pain, every trouble and every problem into particles and throwing them away from you and the purest and shining energy of this universe is entering your body and mind. Do this chanting for 10-12 times and then keep your eyes closed for a minute or two. Then slowly open your eyes and you will notice happiness and peace in your body and mind. Keep doing these exercises and it will bring you a really miraculous life.

Why you shouldn't commit suicide

Are you thinking of committing suicide?
Wait a minute.
I won't try to convince you to agree life is full of joy and pleasure. I won't ask you why you decided to end your life. You have made your mind to finish everything. Means you believe that life has nothing remaining for you.
Really? Is it that simple? Then why are you born? Why is life given to you?

Have a look at this-

When we get starved our brain first uses the fat stored in our body.
When it is used it tries to save the vital organs like kidneys, liver, heart. Hence the energy supply to other organs is stopped.
If we still don't get food, brain only provides energy to heart to keep us alive and the heart starts beating at a very low rate to save the energy.
In the extremely serious stage, the blood supply to heart too is reduced and most of the blood is sent to brain so that we can stay alive.
When nothing is remaining in the body to generate energy, brain stops the heart beats and uses the remaining energy to keep it alive.
At the last stage, brain becomes inactive.

This is how life tries its best to keep us alive. Then how can we decide to end our life disrespecting the efforts of our body to keep us alive? Our body wants us to live because it expects us to be creative not thinking of the things that create problems in our life. When we get hurt, our body itself heals our wounds. Because it wants us to remain healthy. This is how life takes care of us. Then is it okay to end it when it's trying to give you everything you need to live?

You may say your problem is big. But I am sure it is not big as the problems of these people. If you are in a great trouble then these people should NOT have born.

How to deal with schizophrenia

     Schizophrenia is a brain disorder. It becomes difficult for the people suffering from schizophrenia to stay in touch with reality. Hallucinations, delusions, disorganized speech and disorganized behavior is noticed in them. Auditory hallucinations are the most common in schizophrenia. People with schizophrenia may hear voices that others don't do. The voices are abusive, unpleasant and obscene. Delusions are the false beliefs that the person firmly holds in mind and that don't change even after it is proven that the beliefs are not true. People with schizophrenia lose control of their emotions. Lack of emotional expressions, enthusiasm and interest in living life is observed in these people. 
     We are not going to analyse the causes of schizophrenia in this post. As it's discussed in the first post that our beliefs and feelings originate in our subconscious mind and we need to reprogram our subconscious mind in order to break the unwanted beliefs and plant the new ones, we will explore how affirmations can be used for different symptoms of schizophrenia. Remember that the medication has its own importance. Hence don't stop taking medicines while doing this exercise. As this exercise is based on reconditioning of subconscious mind through the affirmations, it's necessary to keep doing this exercise daily with patience.

It's really very easy to free yourself from depression

       Absence of light is darkness. In the same way absence of happiness is depression. Depression doesn't exist independently. It's just a lack of happiness. Without happiness, you feel anxious, sad, tired and nervous, you don't find interest in life. There is only one word to describe this situation - horrible. And all these things disappear as soon as you start feeling happy. People think it's too difficult to get rid of depression. But they forget that if they can get depressed then they can get happy too. These are just two exactly opposite feelings. There is a reason why you feel depressed. When you start paying attention at negative things and keep doing that, it becomes your habit. And as you know, negativity never brings happiness. It only brings pain. So you lose track of happiness and start feeling depressed. You then start paying more attention at how sad you feel. It helps depression grow and this turns into a chain reaction that yields more and more depression. Nervousness is not natural state of your mind. Happiness is the spontaneous state of your mind. You should know that you were not born depressed. Continuous negative thinking or something negative happened with you in the past have invited depression in your life. But now its time to kill it! You have tolerated a lot. A cheerful life is waiting for you. It's time to start a completely new inning of life! It's time to free real you! It's time to open your mind and live an extremely happy life that you have been deprived of! Let's know how.
